Rustic tile from the foundation to the roof - a stylish and modern house
On the Górka Narodowa housing estate in Krakow, a single-family house project is realized, which the designers called "Tile House". The building was perfectly fitted into an oblong plot of land, slightly sloping towards the west.

The investor, with the participation of architects from the Krakow office K3. Architects, with the support of Dachyrustykalne sp. z o.o., made a choice that is crucial to the entire project. The house, thanks to the use of the same material for the facade and roof, looks modern. The project is sure to inspire many architects and investors.
French Élysée tile in Longchamp color, produced by Terreal , was chosen for the roof and facade. The tile surrounds the body of the house from the foundation to the ridge. Thanks to this treatment, the entire building was kept in the same rustic color scheme. On the gable walls, the clay tile is cut off with a flashing in the color of the window woodwork. The front gable wall is fully glazed.

Looking at the house from a distance, one can see the color of the flat French tile, unique to Polish projects, which harmonizes with the graphite window treatments. Keeping a gentle distance, but without losing the view of the whole block, one can see that the roof of the house flows seamlessly into the facade.
The Élysée tile resembles a rustic plain tile, but its rectangular form is very interesting and modern. It is increasingly used in Polish projects alternating with its larger counterpart - the Terreal tile in the Giverny model.

The building is characterized by simplicity and elegance. The unusual color scheme is stunning and memorable. Having no equal, it lends exceptional prestige to the residence. The Élysée tile, in very warm colors, is also a perfect match for the "Tile House" project in Krakow.
It blends into the surroundings in a non-obvious way, the body of the building is as elegant as it is dignified and not overdone. Despite the sharp edges, the body of the building is consistent and extremely dignified in its simplicity. The obvious solution for pitched roofs is often seam metal.

The departure from this classic solution is extremely successful in this unique project. The residence in Krakow's Górka Narodowa estate already from afar impresses with its unique style, which gives extraordinary color to the entire estate.
