Its task is to provide householders with a resting surface, effectively insulating from the ground, and at the same time stylish and durable. When designing a sturdy terrace, take care of its hydroinsulation, and then choose a floor with high weather resistance. Such materials certainly include frost-resistant tiles. These are durable and easy-to-maintain ceramic tiles with a non-slip surface, highly resistant to frost. If, when installing them, you use gel adhesive from a reputable manufacturer, you will get a durable and aesthetically pleasing surface that will not change its appearance for years!

Are you perhaps prefer patio structures with a warm wood texture? Plank flooring is an excellent choice, as it combines a beautiful appearance and very good technical parameters. If natural wooden boards are close to your heart, be sure to opt for material from a manufacturer specializing in decking and facade wood. Also, don't forget to ask for tips on its regular maintenance. However, if your priority is convenience in maintenance, you can opt for composite boards, which have all the main advantages of wood, but are much less demanding.

Simple or elaborate patio canopies

Your terrace canopy can be a simple canvas sail or retractable awning, but also a comfortable roof with automatic lamellas, controlled by the touch of a finger. The roof and exterior walls of a terrace play a key role in protecting it from the weather and unwanted glances from neighbors. That's why terrace pergolas - structures made of wood, aluminum or steel, consisting of a roof and vertical support elements - are such a convenient solution. A pergola canopy can be a frame for  impregnated fabric or slats, the angle of which you can adjust. This allows you to let in as much light as you want and effectively protect you from rain.

With a little effort, any terrace can conjure up a beautiful and functional space for relaxation. Comfortable garden furniture is a must. Try to make them from weather-resistant materials: wood, wicker braid, technorattan or aluminum. Depending on your tastes, you can complement them with your favorite accessories. Cushions, blankets, rugs and bedspreads can be stored on the terrace throughout the summer season, provided they are properly protected from rain and wind. Also take care of theatrical lighting.
