RHEINZINK titanium-zinc roofing and roofs

In the age of sustainable architecture, titanium-zinc is experiencing a boom. Having the lowest primary energy content among all metals, RHEINZINK roofs offer security, prestige and convince with quality and beauty.

Depending on the roof system, you have a choice between classic solutions and designs for special applications. RHEINZINK titanium-zinc roofs can withstand prolonged weathering - including the extremes of temperature that occur on a roof. The natural sheet metal is unafraid of scratches thanks to its self-regenerating patina surface, and the lack of corrosion, fading or delamination of coatings is their undeniable RHEINZINK advantage.

ANGLE SEAM OR DOUBLE SEAM?

Known in the literature since 1899, it performs well on roofs sloping ≥ 5° giving it an advantage over other roof systems. The RHEINZINK standing seam roof system allows individual adaptation to both contemporary and historic designs, and the proven components of the system can be easily adapted to different building shapes. Like the classic roof scale system, the RHEINZINK standing seam system offers interesting laying options, has a simple fastening system and is the best solution on the market.

The angle standing seam system allows for a clear division on the roof slope and is dedicated to slopes ≥ 35°. Standing angle seam is used in visible areas of metal roofs, such as where the roof pitch is higher: dormers, vertical flashings or mansard roofs. It can be laid vertically, diagonally or horizontally. As with the double standing seam, the angular standing seam allows for curved roofs and gives roof surfaces a lively and expressive rhythm.

CONTEMPORARY AND HISTORIC ARCHITECTURE THROUGH SCALES

The diamond scales and large rhomboids of RHEINZINK titanium-zinc sheet have, unlike similarly shaped boards or shingles, curves in the form of flat seams on the top side and on the bottom side. This proven procedure makes it possible to adapt optimally to the geometry of the roof and to execute any curvature with this technology - from a roof pitch of ≥ 35°.
