Baumit CreativTop - one plaster, many possibilities
The need to get in touch with nature in one's own home makes it increasingly common to use materials such as wood, stone and brick in the design. However, these are expensive and often difficult to maintain solutions. If you can't resist their charm, and at the same time care about the practical aspects of the facade and optimal management of the household budget, it is worth choosing the golden mean, which is modeled plaster. Synergy between functionality and aesthetics guaranteed.

The times when color was actually the only means of expression when finishing a facade are gone irrevocably. Today, exterior walls can individually interact not only with colors, but also with surface structures. A particularly popular motif in facade design is wood.
Unfortunately, facade board cladding is expensive and cumbersome - both in terms of installation and subsequent care. It is also a flammable material, yet a home should be a safe, peaceful haven.

The product is enriched with an innovative filler that, like coral (having thousands of tiny pores), has an unusually large surface area. This extremely fine microstructure produces a "drypor" effect. Baumit CreativTop 's hydrophilic properties, combined with its internal structure, allow rapid distribution of moisture from the air or rainfall residues, thus speeding up the drying process.
In addition, the hydrophobic properties of the plaster provide high resistance to moisture and promote the occurrence of the phenomenon of pearling (condensation) of water, which, flowing down, also collects dirt with it. As a result, the surface of the facade remains even more resistant to the growth of algae, mosses or fungi and almost completely resistant to dirt.

It's hard to pass by an original, beautiful facade indifferently - after all, it's the part of the building that catches the eye the most. The modeled plaster perfectly reproduces the structure and beauty of, among others, wood, stone or brick, and at the same time is a practical solution. When finishing the facade with it, we can be sure that we are choosing a material resistant to weather conditions, dirt and microbial attacks.
