The project was created from a combination of two blocks with gable roofs and a third, covered by an attic roof. Each of them performs slightly different functions, clearly dividing the space into living, sleeping and recreational zones.

The whole building was inscribed into the steep southern slope thanks to the existing terrain. Part of the building has been hidden underground, visually reducing its dimensions. A built-in entrance leads to a large, two-car garage. Outside, you'll also find visitor parking.

The lowered part of the building has been discreetly sheltered by vegetation. In this intimate place you can use the gym and sauna or relax by swimming in the pool. In summer, it is possible to open the wellness zone to an outdoor wooden terrace. An office and the owners' private apartment are located on the first floor of the night zone.
