The built-up area of this object does not exceed 35m², so you can build it on a notification-without a building permit. The house can be used both in summer and also in winter, as it meets the requirements for thermal insulation of all partitions for 2021.

This is a one-story building with a large non-utility attic, designed in brick construction. The interior has been laid out in such a way as to accommodate a large bathroom, an open fully functional kitchen, a dining room, a lounge area and a small double bedroom on the first floor, despite its small size. At the entrance to the bungalow there is space for a convenient closet.

The high ceiling optically enlarges the interior and makes it seem much larger than it really is. Large glazing allows the interior to connect very well with the surrounding nature of the house. The almost completely glazed corner of the building, will allow beautiful views from inside the cottage. A large terrace is a natural extension and enlargement of the cottage's living area.
