The single-family house in Józefów, Orzechowa Street, was designed by the Paweł Lis Architekci studio on a small plot with a limited building area and a building line withdrawn 10m from the plot boundary. Such conditions influenced the compact and elongated shape of its body.

The house was harmoniously integrated between the trees, creating an elegant and discreet architectural form. The building's facade was clad in dark gray-beige stoneware and anthracite sheet metal. As a result, its modern and minimalist appearance corresponds well with the shade of the bark of the surrounding trees. The layout of the house's body and the large glazing allow for natural lighting of the interiors and at the same time provide privacy for its residents.

The first floor with a height of 3m houses a living room with a dining room, an open kitchen and a study. This allows for comfortable organization of daily life. The study, which is also used for daily work, has been placed at the entrance to the house. This makes it possible to receive guests without having to go through the entire living area of the house. The large terrace on the side of the living room has not been covered due to the large number of tall trees, which naturally shield this place from excessive sunlight.

An openwork staircase leads to the first floor. They were mounted on a wall of raw architectural concrete. For this purpose, the wall running through the two floors was specially prepared and secured already at the shell stage. The staircase and the corridor on the first floor were illuminated by windows on the entrance side.

On the first floor there is a bedroom with an en suite bathroom, two rooms, a bathroom and a laundry room, providing intimacy and quiet rest for the homeowners.
The windows have been made with an aluminum system, and the facade has been clad with stoneware and alucobond panels. The house has a two-car garage and is powered by a heat pump. Solar panels have been installed on the roof.
