An interesting trend is the resorts now springing up all over Poland, consisting of small cottages with extensive accompanying infrastructure. A good example of this type may be the Boho Domki complex in Wicie in the municipality of Darlowo.

The investor's wish was to create an intimate resort in a seaside style. The cottages were designed with a frame structure and finished with natural wood painted in white with blue accessories and white tile roofing. Each of the eight structures has two double bedrooms, a comfortable bathroom and a living space with a seating area, dining room and open kitchen.

In front of the houses there are private terraces separated by pergolas. This space is connected to the extensive main terrace located above the linear pool and paddling pool. At the top of the main pool is an area with a fireplace and simple benches made of facing concrete. A reception and bar building was also designed on the site, along with an outdoor dining area.

The different functions were separated by light wooden pergolas and pots with exotic hardy plants and ornamental grasses. Both the cottages and the entire accompanying infrastructure were designed to best blend into the coastal landscape on which the resort was built.
