The house in Rawicz was built with respect for nature. The neighboring forest and the stately trees growing on the plot determined the body of the building.

Both at the stage of design and implementation, efforts were made to preserve as many of them as possible. The minimalist block stands out with its white facade against the background of greenery, at the same time blending in perfectly.

The entrance to the plot is from the south side. Wanting to provide residents with exposure to light and the surrounding greenery, the one-story house was elevated. A staircase integrated into the terrain leads to a spacious terrace surrounding the house. The terrace is counterbalanced by a canopy that balances the body of the building. Lightness is given by large openwork glazing that opens the interior to the surrounding greenery. Thanks to the materials used and the thresholdless transitions, the exterior and interior zones intermingle. The concrete slabs of the terrace blend with the slabs of the interior floor.

The internal functional layout divides the building into three zones: a study overlooking the entrance area of the house, a separate private area with bedrooms, bathrooms and a dressing room, and an open living area with a large kitchen island. The southwest walls of the living room are designed as large full-height glazing, making the terrace an integral part of the space. Simple, minimalist interiors, do not compete but open up to the surrounding greenery.
