A project of a two-story single-family house with a flat roof (according to the Local Development Plan, a mono-pitched roof), located in Siemianowice Ślaskie (Silesian voivodeship).
The building is located on a rather unusual plot of land, which definitely has exceptional scenic qualities. The plot is on an embankment and along its northern border stretches a slope with a height difference of about 7 meters.

From the plot to the north there is an attractive view of nature in the form of a forest, fields and a river - it was this view that captivated the investor who chose this, as it turns out, difficult to develop plot.
Just like the investor, we also liked this view, hence such an unusual opening/alignment of the building - where the largest glazing opens to the north towards the attractive view - this is the primary objective determining many design solutions or the functional layout of the building.

The building's plan shape is undefined but inscribed in a square with an offset and fragmentary overhang of the second story. The house has a full functional layout for a young family of 4.
Classically located on the first floor living area with an open kitchen, a study, a bathroom, ancillary rooms and a large two-car garage in the front.

On the first floor, a private area with 3 bedrooms - the main one with two dressing rooms and its own bathroom, in addition to a children's bathroom and a laundry room.
The building, due to the proximity of a 7-meter slope and the quality of the soil (uncontrolled construction embankment), was founded indirectly on concrete piles of the CFA type.
