The house near Warsaw has two floors: a first floor and a usable attic. The plan is based on the plan of two connected rectangles. The larger one forms the base of the body of the house, the smaller one the garage. The building is covered with a symmetrical gable roof with a slope of 35°, with a utility terrace over the garage. The main entrance and the garage entrance are located on the south side of the house.

The architectural form of the main body is based on the dominant role of the roof, which, strongly exposed beyond the gables, flows smoothly into the walls, thereby creating a framework that spatially binds the entire building. The eaves and overhangs of the roof form niches cut into the body of the building. These spaces contain terraces and a covered entrance area.

The frame created from the roof and longitudinal walls is finished with white plaster. The building's gables and cutouts are finished with decorative plaster with a grid of geometric divisions. The architecturally significant elements are highlighted with Wienerberger Long John Grey solid brick cladding, measuring 500×100×40 mm. It is these, along with the warm color of the windows and the subdued color scheme of earth colors, that give an elegant expression to the entire house.
