The house is located on a narrow plot and a steep slope.
The shape of the terrain imposed an elongated layout of the block. The shape of the terrain provoked the reversal of the functional layout - at the level of the road there are bedrooms, while the floor below is the entire living area with: living room, dining room and kitchen.

The slope is so steep that, in addition, the building has been overhung and supported on 'W' shaped pillars, and the terraces have been designed in a cascade arrangement. The advantage of the house is that most of the rooms have an unobstructed panoramic view of the hilly surroundings.
