The house is located in the Mazury region in a picturesque area overlooking Lake Ryńskie. The materials used and the architectural form result from the local context and building tradition.

The development consists of a house and a detached garage. The masses are based on a rectangular plan, covered with a symmetrical gable roof with an inclination of 45º, connected by a canopy. The masses are curved in relation to each other, which resulted from the layout of the entrance to the plot and the optimal opening of the largest glazing to the south.

The facade of the house is clearly divided by color and material into two parts. The lower one, where light-colored plaster was used, broken by transverse rustications alluding to the local tradition of Prussian masonry. The upper one, where a cladding of dark boards was used, in a diagonal arrangement. An identical cladding was used on the front wall of the garage building. The roof was covered with flat tiles in a natural brick-red color.
