Rail systems - comprehensive solutions for diverse design needs
Modern lighting solutions in the form of track systems create new design possibilities and allow functional space arrangement independent of technical and decorative limitations. What else is worth knowing about them?
Rail systems are universal solutions, allowing functional lighting of both small and grand spaces. Their undoubted advantage is the ability to plan elaborate lighting systems with zoning, even when there is a single power point on the ceiling. For the user, in turn, it is an investment that allows easy adaptation of lighting to current needs and its change in terms of luminaire arrangement, type or quantity at any time, without the need for renovation work.

Solutions for every space
Track lighting systems can be included in virtually any interior design. Which one will be optimal in a given case depends on, among other things, the stage of implementation, the type of electrical installation, the height and type of ceiling, the direction of the arrangement. Nowodvorski Lighting offers both single-circuit, three-circuit, decorative, technical, ceiling-mounted and wall-mounted solutions, with options for flush-mounted, surface-mounted and suspended installation.

The surface-mounted and suspended versions make it possible to change the layout of the rails without the need for advanced renovation work - the strips simply need to be screwed to the ceiling, or suspended using special brackets with cables. This solution also allows the installation of rail systems, for example, with complex ceiling geometry, bevels or suspensions for interiors of above-standard height.

Conductors, circuits and voltage - how to choose optimal solutions?
The question of selecting a system with the right voltage is related to the height of the interior. The single-circuit PROFILE system and the three-circuit CTLS system, due to their voltage of 230V, are dedicated to spaces that allow their safe use. They can be used to install both technical lighting and, using special adapters, pendant decorative luminaires such as those from the CAMELEON collection. In the CTLS system, lamps can be plugged into one of three available circuits. This will make it possible to achieve on one rail the effect of three lighting zones, e.g., with decorative and work lighting activated separately.

In the case of interiors of smaller size or unusual geometry, it is worth thinking about illuminating the walls also in the lower parts. This will build the atmosphere and at the same time optically enlarge the space. The LVM (Low Voltage Magnetic) Track System from Nowodvorski Lighting, with 48V DC, allows you to install luminaires at any height.
