The design of this house was created at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, which is where its common name comes from. The front appearance of the building is reminiscent of a fortress house, as it is virtually windowless, and the entrance and garage entrance are hidden. However, contrasting it is the part on the rear, garden side, where the building opens up thanks to powerful glazing.

An interesting treatment in the designed block is the front overhang, which looks like blocks grafted together. The facade is extremely minimalist, unobtrusive, which through its simplicity enhances the beauty of the plot itself. Contrasting to the white of the plaster is black window woodwork and inserts made of weathering sheet, which give it a loft-like feel.

The entire building is laid out in a cruciform plan, with a garage in the body of the building and huge terraces, including one green on the first floor section. The living area (living room) spans two floors and is extremely well lit thanks to glass facades and sliding windows. In the basement of the building one can find technical rooms, but also a small spa and a hobby room.
