This is the first representative of the "Attractive" family of projects, which has gained many admirers. It owes its popularity primarily to its bold form and functional and modern interior.

The simple archetypal body of the building is distinguished by hand-formed brick, protruding perpendiculars of the garage and living room bay window, and an eaveless roof finished with flat lap tiles.
