These coverings are characterized by high strength, highest tightness and resistance, as they are made of high-quality steel or aluminum with a thickness of 0.6 mm. Appropriately profiled edges of Lindab standing seam sheets are used to connect successive sheets. The properly selected composition of the steel core alloy means that the seams, after forming, do not open and retain the appropriate elasticity and rigidity. These features also make standing seam sheets excellent for various flashings, masking and decorative elements. They can be used on roofs with a low pitch (30-70). At such a slope, however, additional sealing should be used. The sheets should be laid on OSB or full boarding, and a structural mat or foil should be used as a spacer.
Lindab standing seam sheets are available in three variants: Lindab Alu, Lindab FAP and Lindab PLX.

Lindab Alu

The complete Lindab Aluminum system consists of aluminum sheets for roofing and facades, as well as roofing accessories such as hafts and Bjarnes fasteners and roof safety system components. Aluminum roofing is lighter than steel sheet roofing, so the requirements for roof construction can be reduced. Aluminum sheets are suitable for fluting, so they are ideal not only for roofing, but also for facades.
