Interior in the style of contemporary classics|PdD

The modern block with large glazing is located in an area of forests, meadows and orchards. From the first visit to the site, architect Aleksandra Wachowicz knew that a neutral palette of earthy colors would work best among such charming surroundings. They are the hallmark of this studio's designs.

The living area consists of a kitchen with a dining room, a living room and a staircase visible from it. The living room features oak planking falling into a muted, slightly gray shade. The walls and ceilings are decorated with frames giving the effect of stucco elegance. The ceilings, in turn, were broken with contrasting modern track lighting. Their leveling made it possible to hide the recuperation installation. Recessed baseboards were also used throughout the house.

In the dining room you'll find a glass display case in champagne colors

A greige color was used on the walls and kitchen fronts and cabinet fronts. It is a combination of two colors - light gray (grey) and beige (beige). Next to the color taupe, according to the architects of the Aleksandra Wachowicz Studio, it is one of the most elegant colors for interiors.

In the center of the kitchen was planned an island illuminated by LED. The beautiful countertop was made of natural quartzite. A wide induction hob with integrated hood was built into the island. An extension of the island is a veneered countertop extending all the way to the dining room overlooking the living room. This allows the occupants to stay in constant contact. A high kitchen built-in hides the passage to the pantry. The floor features large-format quartz sintered tiles in shades of gray slightly breaking the beige.

In the dining room we find a table with a quartz sinter top on anthracite metal legs. Next to it we have an illuminated glass display case in champagne colors. The glazing perfectly breaks the closed, high fronts of the kitchen and cabinets, between which the display case was built.

In the living room, the striking feature is a wall with a TV, for the design of which quartz sinters were used. Behind the comfortable sofa there is a large window with an exit to the terrace. In front of it there are floor power outlets for connecting a TV placed on a special stand. With this solution, the living room has several functions. The sofa can be moved with its back to the TV wall and watch TV overlooking the beautiful surroundings, or focus on the view itself.
