In the riverside town of Zielonka, near Warsaw, a house was designed which is a monumental villa containing all modern amenities. Indoor swimming pool with sauna and Jacuzzi, underground garage for 4 cars, gym, hobby room are just some of the elements, making this house extremely exclusive.

Looking as a whole, the building consists of two connected and at the same time interpenetrating blocks, the main residential part and the pool area, differing in height. Designed bay windows made it possible to increase the floor without enlarging the ground floor of the building, and what's more, they made the building dynamic and modern.

One of the most important things in the design of this house is the well-thought-out zoning so that each resident feels comfortable in the house and has their own space, separate for parents, children, guests, as well as a part for relaxation or work. We can distinguish communication shafts that are not only for movement, but also have a representative function. We are talking primarily about the lobby with a staircase, which is open to two floors. Above it is led a glass footbridge, which connects the previously mentioned spaces together. Each of them could be separate apartments. In addition, movement between floors is facilitated by an internal elevator.

The building has both loggias and terraces, one of which, covered with grass, is located on the roof of the pool building. The front door is accessed via a footbridge running over the moat, accessible from the garage driveway and recreation rooms in the basement. This provided an opportunity to use an exterior staircase to the basement and to illuminate some of the rooms located in the basement.

All structural solutions such as the substructure and basement in a sealed reinforced concrete structure, prefabricated steel structure for the glazed day and night parts, or the reinforced concrete basin in the pool hall located on columns in the reinforced concrete sub-basin are due to the monumental size of the building and the high water level and presence of the river.
