At the front there is a representative entrance and a separately separated utility area with a large single-car garage. In the functional layout of this project you can see a clear division into zones: living and night zones. The living zone includes an exceptionally spacious, bright living room with a large kitchen, where a kitchen island will be perfect, as well as a dining room, ideal for hosting parties. Above this part of the house there is a void, which optically enlarges this zone and, thanks to the glazed top of the building, guarantees a sense of space and constant access to sunlight.Noteworthy is the very large amount of glazing, which allows to open the house to the garden and invite it inside the house.

The night part includes a large bedroom with a bathroom and a dressing room, as well as three comfortable rooms. All rooms have separate exits to the terrace surrounding the house, which is connected to the garden. The biggest advantage of this project is the glazing of the entire garden elevation and the opening of the house to the garden.
