The living room space is the most important space of the house. It represents the representation of the house, but it is also a place for recreation and relaxation. How to create a space that reconciles both these functions. We present the design of the living room by Jacek Kaminski.
The owner of the apartment is a young man. His goal was to create a friendly, elegant space - comfortable for receiving guests and spending leisure time. How was it arranged?
A small free-standing bookcase separates the living room from the hallway. Allowed to expose, in this space, the items that the owner seeks in antique stores, while creating space for books. The openwork piece of furniture simultaneously separates the hallway, opening it to the living room.

The color scheme of the interior is dimmed, but still warm colors. This can be seen in the choice of sofa, carpet, wall colors or accessories. Thus, they correspond with darker wooden furniture, such as the RTV cabinet and coffee table.

The interior lighting has been limited to a subtle minimalism. This allows for a delicate play of light and adaptation to appropriate conditions - a social gathering or evening relaxation.
