After the first visit to the plot, which is located in the immediate vicinity of a grove by the Promna stream, delighted with the surrounding landscape, we concluded that the priority design assumption should be to isolate the space of the house from the street and create a body that would be open to the garden and the surrounding forest.

This assumption was realized by shaping the body consisting of 3 segments on the plan of the letter "L" - thanks to this procedure the garden became an intimate and sheltered recreational space open to the surrounding nature.

The division of the one-story building into segments allowed for a clear arrangement of the house's zones:
-In the middle segment the living zone was located, which consists of a living room, kitchen and dining room along with a mezzanine serving as a home-office space.
-In the eastern segment is located the night zone which includes a set of bedrooms along with bathrooms.

-A garage is located in the western segment.
-The entrance to the house is located in a covered arcade in the section connecting the living and night zones. A guest toilet is also located in this connector.

Due to the context of the place, we were keen to realize the building with an ecological technology - the investors decided on a timber frame Steico system.
