A residence on Pembroke Street in New Yorkers' resort beach region, the Hamptons, is a project inspired by vernacular architecture embedded in the local tradition of beach houses, created using local materials AND construction technologies.

An open-plan concept, the kitchen connected to the dining room and living room, opening to a centrally located garden at the rear of the building with an expansive wooden terrace and swimming pool. Blurring the boundary between indoors and outdoors through the use of full-length glass walls with sliding doors that spread the view of the greenery from just past the building's front door.

The first floor of the house is primarily spaces inviting all the household members to spend time together in the spacious living room with a minimalist-designed home fireplace built into one of the living room walls. There is also a master bedroom with a bathroom and a garage.
On the first floor is the private area of the house, three bedrooms, each equipped with a separate bathroom, as well as an integral relaxation space right at the entrance from the staircase with direct access to the house's roof terrace.

The building was designed based on the idea of sustainable architecture, through the use of solar panels, as well as a green roof, among other features.
