The described project is a spacious single-story house with a built-in two-car garage. In contrast to this part of the house is the south side heavily glazed - open to the garden and the southern sun.

The north and east entrance elevations are modestly designed - the only decoration here is the wooden inserts on the elevations and the wooden soffit, as well as the surrounding greenery, for which the white walls of the house are a great background. The plot we had at our disposal was quite wide, so we managed to place both the living area - living room with dining room and kitchen, as well as all three bedrooms - on the south side. Each of them is glazed with a large balcony window with direct access to the garden.

The living room with dining room and kitchen, as intended by the investors, was designed as a two-story with a high ceiling and a mezzanine above the kitchen where an additional guest bedroom will be located. We also matched the height of the living room with the windows in this part. The entire wall is glass interrupted only by a generous chimney that serves both the indoor fireplace and the open hearth outside. And finally, the most important feature of the project - the large four-meter-high terrace canopy. In winter, when the sun hovers low over the horizon, it will not shade the windows, but in summer it will provide pleasant shade and shelter on rainy days.

Inside the house we designed without compromise, comfortable bedrooms, the parents' bedroom with its own dressing room and bathroom, there was room for an additional dressing room and two utility rooms at the entrance. Convenient two-car garage with an additional attic, the whole is complemented by the space on the mezzanine where there will be a guest bedroom with its own bathroom and a loft.
