The body of the house was shaped in such a way as to take full advantage of the possibilities offered by a small, oblong parcel of land located in one of Zabrze's districts.
The building refers to the typically Silesian character of the surrounding buildings through the simplicity and legibility of its body and the use of industrial materials: concrete, steel and glass. The layout of the building is very simple, having been divided into 3 zones: a living zone and an auxiliary zone on the first floor and a private night zone on the first floor. Inside, the building's unplastered reinforced concrete ceilings and columns have been left in place, giving the interior an industrial feel.
Due to the small area of the plot, large terraces have been designed on both the ground and first floor levels, which increase the area of the recreational zone. The entrance to the house was located in a covered arcade in the lower entrance-garage area.
The building has been designed to be energy-efficient, so all external partitions are properly insulated with the elimination of thermal bridges, energy-efficient aluminum windows have been used, and the building has been equipped with mechanical ventilation with heat recovery - recuperation.
