We located the house as close as possible to the border of the plot with the road lane and this amounted to an average of two meters so that on the south side we could still get some space for the garden and keep a distance from the neighbor's house.

Another quite difficult plot - this time due to the size of only 5.6 acres and also a not inconsiderable slope of the land. Therefore, the northern elevation is very modest with single windows. The ornament of the house is the south gable elevation. We glazed its southwest corner so as to open up to the view of the mountains from that direction - the Makowski Beskid range.

The glazing additionally moved back into the building, thus creating a small covered terrace near the living area of the house-kitchen with dining room. A large part of the southern elevation was designed in handmade bricks or obtained from demolition bricks - this element is to blend with the raw architectural concrete used for elements of small architecture in the garden and to decorate the rather simple body of the house.

Raw brick was also used to accentuate the entrance to the building, which was roofed with a glass roof supported on steel T-bars. The eastern elevation features rhythmically placed balcony windows in two bedrooms and in the living room leading to an adjacent terrace.

This small house managed to accommodate a living room with a kitchen and dining room with high ceilings, from which a staircase leads to the attic-antresolve, as well as three full-size bedrooms, a bathroom and laundry a and an additional guest bedroom with a bathroom in the low attic. As a result, a fully functional interior was achieved in this small, externally simple one-story house.
