TheuA65 is a modern single-story house design for a family of four.

The original yet simple spatial layout of uA65 was achieved by symmetrically extending the sides of the classic block. The arcades have been designed: the front one, giving a representative character to the entrance area, and the garden one, which will give a sense of intimacy and allow a moment of relaxation after a hard day. Convenient usable conditions have been provided by separating individual functional zones. Freedom of use will be ensured by appropriate location of the rooms, including: a bedroom located in the background of the passageway, a convenient wardrobe passageway directly from the vestibule to the garage and a spatial opening focusing the rooms of the living zone.

Also noteworthy is the spacious two-car garage. The uA65 project is ergonomics of use, which, combined with the original architectural form, stands out from other projects. The living zone in this project consists of a spacious and bright living room with a dining room, a kitchen with a practical pantry and a toilet with a shower. The night zone consists of 3 bedrooms, including one master bedroom with a walk-in closet, and a public bathroom. This project also comes in variants uA65v1 with an increased usable area, an additional room and a narrow, longitudinal window in the kitchen, and uA65v2 with an additional room and a high living room.
