The uA114 house project is an interesting proposal for a modern single-story house designed on the plan of two interconnected rectangles with a clear division into night and day zones.
Interesting choice of facade materials and applied colors give this project a unique character. Each cuboid is covered with a gable roof without eaves. On the usable area of 191 m 2 everything needed for comfortable living for a large family has been planned. We get inside the house through a representative entrance with a magnificent concrete pergola.

To the right of the vestibule is the living area, which includes a large kitchen with a practical pantry, an impressive bright living room with a dining area, a small toilet and a study, which has been separated from the private part of the house by a partition wall. To the left of the house is the night zone, with 3 bedrooms, including a master bedroom with its own bathroom and dressing room, and a shared bathroom with a separate laundry room. A large amount of glazing is used throughout the house, which opens the house to the garden, inviting greenery into the interiors.
