Interior full of passion

The 130-meter house in Warsaw's Wawer district has three floors. It has a subdued base, however, the arrangement has been complemented with patterned accents in pastel shades. The investors are a married couple who enjoy traveling and water sports. The owners wanted their passions to be reflected in the design. The living area is kept in a palette of white, gray and soft pastels. Noteworthy are the gray hexagons, irregularly scattered on the floor around the fireplace and in the kitchenette. The fireplace, unusually, is located in the center of the living room. The architect decided to make this shortcoming an asset of the interior. A recess for wood was added to the built-in, which is also a decoration of the interior. Behind the fireplace, in the wall under the stairs, a door leading to a small toilet was hidden.

Mint toilet

Above the toilet, storage space was found. A small, oblong sink with a shelf for soap is perfect for such a small space. The wall was finished with hexagonal tiles in mint color. The real treat, however, are the lamps suspended on ropes.

Private area

The private area is located on the first floor, which is accessed by an illuminated staircase of light construction. The owners' bedroom, two bathrooms, a spacious dressing room and a home office are located on this floor. In the bedroom, the central place is occupied by a large wooden bed with a wide, upholstered headrest. An interesting accent is the bedside lamps on long, stringed wires, which have already appeared in the toilet. From the bedroom we move to the hosts' bathroom. In it we find simple veneered furniture and patterned tiles on the floor of one of the walls. In the second bathroom, referring to the retro style, the investors decided on a bathtub. Here, too, colorful tiles with an interesting pattern appeared on the floor.

Top floor

Opposite the stairs on the top floor, a cozy reading nook has been arranged, housing a bookcase and a comfortable upholstered alcove and practical cabinets. In addition, on the top floor there is a space for watching movies and a terrace filled with plants.
