The two-car garage, connected directly to the house, has been moved forward in relation to the actual body of the building. Above the garage there is an extensive terrace. In addition, two terraces have been designed in the project, one on the side connected to the main entrance to the house and another on the rear elevation of the building on the garden side. In the functional layout inside the house, a clear division into living and night zones has been planned. The first floor is the living zone, which includes: a vestibule, a comfortable living room with access to the terrace, a dining room also with access to the terrace, a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and a study.

The first floor is the private zone of the householders, with three comfortable bedrooms, including one master bedroom with a magnificent dressing room and a private bathroom and access to the terrace above the garage. For children, two cozy and set bedrooms and a public bathroom with a bathtub and shower are planned. The uA164 project on its area of 150m2 accommodates everything needed for comfortable living for a family of 2+2 or more.
