The designed house will be built in a unique for Poznan location - among forests, meadows, natural floodplains and at the foot of a wooded hill.

The character of the place dictated the choice of materials and technologies closest to nature. The facades will be covered with wood, which will not require much maintenance with chemicals, and on a fragment with natural split stone. The gray color of the wood will be achieved over time, by not fighting the natural patina that strips the wood of its brown coloration.

The roof slopes will be covered entirely with a green roof system on which sedums will grow, which do not require watering.

The house will be equipped with a ground source heat pump and photovoltaic panels, thus becoming virtually independent of energy supplies on balance.

The body shaped in a curved letter "L" is the result of a compromise between opening up and enclosing the views. The house opens to the hill through large expanses of glazing, while it takes on an introverted character to the entrance side.
