Thehouse in Krakow's Podgórze district was designed on an 18-acre plot surrounded by the Drwinka River Park. Despite the urban location, the will of the investors was to focus the project as much as possible on creating an idyllic haven, emphasizing the green surroundings of the building.

The very limited possibilities of the building's footprint, as well as the low height of the eaves specified in the conditions of development for this plot, were the elements that made the idea of using a steel structure throughout the building appear. The varied shape of the plot produced a functional layout of the house divided into two parts. Each of them was covered in accordance with the development conditions with a gabled roof.

In the axis of the house, a wide knee window was designed to light up the dining room, giving the height of a double storey. The facade combines cool tones of white and steel with the soft, natural color of the larch planking used at the entrance and on the terrace. The entrance area is separated from the rest of the house by a white openwork structure. The southern exposure of the living room brings plenty of natural light into the living area.

The open layout of the first floor is decorated with tall, green plants, and the modern design is highlighted by original details. Warm wood tones and natural materials make the whole composition reminiscent of southern climates. The central part of the living area is the dining room, which connects the lounge space with the kitchen. The space above the table, enlarged by a mezzanine, was decorated with hanging lamps. The kitchen countertop was made of ceramic sintered tiles in shades of marble, and its arrangement directs the eyes of the household members to the relaxing view of the garden outside the window. The kitchen was opened to the terrace with a sliding door system. Its minimalist style is emphasized by geometric industrial lamps.

Amodern staircase with light construction leads to the attic. A cozy bedroom in bright, natural colors is located here. A delicate touch of green is introduced here by exotic plants. The room continues with a private bathroom with direct access to the terrace. Ceramic sinters, veneer and glass, used in the attic, correspond with the first floor space, creating its seamless continuation.
