The context of the site is a rather chaotic urban fabric, which used to be adjacent to the narrow-gauge railroad. The plot on which the house was designed is very small - it has only 370m2.

In addition, the dense development around the plot made it difficult to locate the building. After performing a number of analyses including shading and access to sunlight, we determined a piece of land adjacent to the western border of the plot where the building could be located. The layout of functions inside is a spacious living zone open to the garden on the first floor and a night zone on the first floor.

The building will be finished with brick and black plaster, and facade blinds will be installed in the windows to ensure privacy for the residents.
