The modern character of the building is emphasized by contemporary finishing materials - large-format woodwork, long gray clinker tile and dark fiber cement panels. This unique house is intended for investors who value above all modern house designs that combine functionality with remarkable appearance.

Flat roofs are mainly associated with modern architecture. Modern design of one-story house with patio
What distinguishes this project is the clear and comfortable interior layout laid out in three wings around the entrance patio, which provides a buffer between the interior of the house and its surroundings. This is a contemporary architectural interpretation of the classical Roman atrium.
The left wing has a mainly economic function. It contains an entrance area with a dressing room, a large two-car garage and a technical room - a boiler room. In addition, behind the garage there is a study for work, which can serve as a guest room.

The central wing is a spacious living area connecting the living room, dining room and kitchen. Open with large storefronts to both the patio and the covered terrace, it is the true "heart of the house" where the lives of the household members are concentrated. This house design is prepared in accordance with the technical conditions in force for 2021. Low energy consumption is guaranteed by perfectly insulated building partitions, efficient low-temperature underfloor heating in the living area and a mechanical ventilation system with heat recovery. The main heating source is a condensing gas boiler, but it is possible to order a heat pump installation.
