Architects from Hola Design studio have designed the living area and bedrooms of a luxury apartment in the center of Warsaw. The apartment is located on the 30th floor of the famous Zlota 44 high-rise building.
Urban glamour
The apartment is as large as 160 sqm. The investor is a businessman who needed a comfortable and modern interior in the center of Warsaw.
- This is a masculine apartment for an active gentleman who lives in a secluded area near Warsaw on a daily basis. He needed a comfortable place in the very center, which exudes good energy and where he could relax after an intense day's work and at the same time enjoy the charms of city life," explains Adam Bronikowski, co-owner of Hola Design studio.

Dot over the i
The apartment was originally finished to a premium developer standard. The apartment already had floors, bathrooms and a kitchen ready. The architects from Hola Design studio were tasked with arranging the living area and bedroom, and transforming this space into a cozy and elegant place.
- This is a project that required quick and effective action. Increasingly, Polish clients are buying apartments with ready-made kitchens and bathrooms, and we add an elegant touch to the rest of the space. We are completing such projects in a premium option both in Poland and in other countries including Spain, among others. We are currently finalizing five apartments of this nature on the Alicante coast," says Hola Design co-owner Monika Bronikowska.

Relaxation with a view
The arrangement is based on a palette of warm beiges, blacks and whites. It is enriched by subtle touches of mauve purple and, of course, gold. Large-format ceramic tiles were used on the walls, including quartz sinter with a subtle texture. In the focal point of the living room, a chandelier made of clear glass and finished in antique brass adds flash. A massive slanted structural pillar with a mirrored lining is also an impressive element in the design of the living area. Reflecting light, it creates reflections that optically enlarge the interior and add lightness.

A colorful accent
The minimalist kitchenette is kept in shades of white. The glossy fronts contrast beautifully with the darker elements of the rest of the living area. The open kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining room. Its focal point is a black oval table with a shiny top. Surrounding it are chairs upholstered in velour in an interesting shade of extinguished pink. Hanging above the table is a crystal chandelier with a touch of gold that not only adequately illuminates the space, but is also an impressive decoration that additionally casts delicate reflections.

Warm elegance
Bright, neutral colors dominate the master bedroom. The bed stands out with an impressive beige headrest. It was custom-made by Hola Design designers. Elegant bedside tables with white fronts with gold-colored accessories were set on either side. They are complemented by modern lamps with glass bases. Long, soft curtains in a neutral color complete the space, providing intimacy and warmth. The entire arrangement is refined in every detail, creating an atmosphere of comfort and sophistication.

Consistent arrangement
The second bedroom was also furnished with a large bed with a soft upholstered headrest in a beige shade. Here, however, it only reaches halfway up the wall. The space behind the bed, however, was covered with patterned wallpaper, which adds depth to the interior. The arrangement is crowned with a large semi-circular mirror. This makes the space seem larger and more light enters the room. By the bed there are minimalist bedside tables, on which lamps of simple form with transparent bases and gold details were set. The whole is kept in neutral tones of beige and white, which gives the interior a harmonious and calm look. Textiles, such as bedspreads and pillows, are kept in delicate patterns, which subtly diversifies the uniform color scheme.
