Project of the house uA171 is a finished project of a modern house with a mezzanine of 110 m². An interesting project with a glazed side elevation, open to the garden, which, despite the relatively small area, provides a sense of space in the interiors.

A simple body of compact dimensions is covered with a gabled roof without eaves. The uA171 project, properly located, will also fit into a narrow plot. On the exterior facade, the designer used a combination of materials: facade board, gray brick and white plaster, which gives an aesthetic visual effect.

The interior is accessed through a covered entrance. To the left of the entrance is a bright living area that is a high living room connected to the dining room and kitchen. A glazed wall in the living room provides a view of the garden, inviting greenery into the interior and optically enlarging this part of the house. A small study is planned to the right of the entrance.

From the vestibule, residents have access to the utility room. On the mezzanine is a cozy corner for relaxation, which will be perfect, for example, as a library. Two small-sized bedrooms are also planned here.
