This is another version of the popular Ekonomiczny family of designs expanded with additional open space in the attic. The advantage of this variant is the freedom in arranging this space, according to the individual needs of the users.

We proposed a space for children's play, but a guest room, study or parents' bedroom can be arranged there. A plumbing riser is planned at the end of the attic, so a bathroom, laundry room or other utility room can be located there.

Like the other designs in this family, this variant is also characterized by an elongated, simple form covered by a gable roof, which, due to the use of the attic, has a higher slope angle - 35 degrees.

The project is energy-efficient, incorporating thermal insulation required by technical conditions from 2021, as well as the installation of underfloor heating and mechanical ventilation with a recuperator as standard.
