The simplicity of the body, the functionality of the layout and the use of clinker bricks are the main design assumptions and reference to the modernist character of the Upper Silesia region.

The first floor of the building houses a spacious living zone and associated functions: a two-car garage, a laundry room and a utility room. The entire living zone is complemented by a terrace, which ties the space of the living room and dining room together, and a full canopy gives the possibility to use it also on rainy days.

The first floor of the building is the night zone where 3 bedrooms have been designed, along with a closet and a bathroom in a linear arrangement, and a work room.
