The design of the house "Pavilon" is every bit minimalist. Transparent, almost completely glazed body was designed with a steel structure. The flat roof stretched over the terrace, emphasizes the horizontal character of the body of the house.

The unusually simple interior has been divided into an open living space with a lounge area, dining room and kitchen, and a small double bedroom and bathroom. As in all other Karate Project projects, the house has large terraces, which are a natural extension of the living area of the houses.
