plot
The house is located on a suburban building plot of 1200m2 in the buffer zone of the Kabaty forest. On three sides the plot is adjacent to intimate single-family housing. Transport service for the Project will be provided from the north side, from the edge of an impassable internal road. The area is flat, not built-up or wooded, characterized by calmed traffic and pedestrians.
location on the plot
The building was located close to the northern border of the plot. Thanks to the decoupling of the garage and technical part and keeping it within the prescribed dimensions (length not more than 6.5 m and height not more than 3 m), it was possible to approach at a distance of 1.5 m from the plot boundary. In front of the entrance to the building, an access space, an access, a place for storing waste and wood for the fireplace, and decorative greenery were designed. A large garden and a recreational area of the house have been planned on the south side. This location of the building makes optimal use of all the conditions of the plot and meets the needs of the users.

body
The body of the building is designed as a two-story, cuboid, with a flat roof. The main part of the mass will be finished with a brick facade, and the garage cube protruding from it in the northern direction has been designed in a finish of renson linarte lamellar panels. On the north (to roof the entrance) and on the south, eaves finished with wooden boards have been planned to shade the glazed wall. On the east (by the kitchen) and on the west (by the pool and gym room) also designed small covered terraces. From the south, an aluminum pergola structure extends from the body of the building.

functional layout
The first floor of the building has been dedicated to the living area - through the spacious entrance hall, we can enter the study on the right, go through a small corridor to the kitchen or straight ahead to the dining room, from which we can go to the first floor through a single flight of stairs. Adjacent to the dining room is a living room with southern exposure, and to the living room is a large kitchen with windows facing east. Through the kitchen you can go to a separate basement part of the building, which houses the garage function (on the first floor) and the utility function (on the underground floor). The first floor is dedicated to the private part of the house. On the east side there is a masterbedroom with a dressing room, on the south side - two bedrooms for children. Access to two bathrooms is provided from the corridor.
facades
For reasons of durability and aesthetic value, the facades have been designed as brick facades in the color of warm, gently broken grays that correspond with the greenery. The house will be characterized by large glazed areas, as well as expansive terraces emphasizing the horizontal character, partly finished with prefabricated concrete slabs, partly with natural wood planks. On the north side, the use of aluminum exterior louvers is proposed for greater intimacy in the rooms. Windows on the second floor are designed to reach the very flashing of the attic, which adds a contemporary touch to this simple block.
