The building, with a usable area of 600m2, consists of four blocks. Three blocks, topped with a gable roof, are connected by a low connector. Each module has a separate function - the middle block is a living area combined with a kitchenette, the western block is a relaxation area with a spa and a cinema room, while the eastern block is a sleeping area.
