The 58-meter apartment is located in Cracow. The investor is a young doctor who wanted the interior to be feminine and casually elegant. Architects from the Kontraforma studio created the conceptual and executive project of the kitchen and bathroom.
Timelessly elegant kitchen
The layout proposed by the developer did not allow for a comfortable kitchen. So its space was enlarged at the expense of the dining room. Instead, the dining table was combined with the kitchen island.

The cabinet consists of two parts. The first is white and forms the background for the rest of the room. In addition, it seamlessly merges with the wall of the hallway. All the necessary household appliances are hidden in it. Another "hidden" element is the absorber. Thanks to its matte, bright surface, it almost invisibly merges with the wall.

The second part of the built-in is distinguished by beautiful walnut-colored fronts. An interesting effect was obtained by juxtaposing it with the dark floor. However, that combination does not overwhelm thanks to the minimalist form of the development. The countertop in this part of the kitchen and on the island was covered with quartz sinter that look like marble.

It is worth noting the switches and sockets. Their designer form makes even completely necessary and purely functional elements add charm to the arrangement. The cherry on top, however, is the wall lamp. The lamp, thanks to its artistic form somewhat resembling waves, brings out a glow of diffused light.

Bathroom with a strong accent
Typically feminine accents could not be missing here either. After all, the dominant color here is the pink of the built ins, which also appears halfway up the walls. Their higher part, on the other hand, has been lined with white tiles with decorative grooves. The small space is optically enlarged by a large illuminated mirror. Already at the first meeting, the investor indicated that she wanted to have a checkerboard on the bathroom floor. Without a doubt this element stands out against the background of the delicate arrangement.
