Modern storied house with large space for the whole family
The total area of this single-family house is as much as 239.20 m2. This is a building designed for a family with two children or for people working from home who appreciate comfort and convenience in a modern way. A large living room, a two-story dining room, an open kitchen with an island and an exposed simple carpeted staircase create a modern integrated living area. The contemporary design is highlighted by the minimalist interior design and large format sliding display cabinets. Design of a modern house made for living
Although the house from this project already at first glance attracts attention with its fashionable design, it is not its greatest asset. The key is the exceptional functionality of the space. The house is divided into 3 zones - living, working and sleeping areas. The first two are located on the first floor. Lounging with a larger group is fostered by the 43.1 sqm living room, which flows seamlessly into the kitchen, which has more than 30 sqm and is connected to a high dining room. The open space gives a sense of freedom and high comfort. Next to the living room is a large study for work, which can serve as a guest room. The study is open to the garden and connected to a private bathroom so that remote work can be really pleasant and comfortable. If you don't work from home you can use this room for a home gym or another function according to your needs. The first floor also includes a vestibule, a small toilet, a large dressing room in the entrance area, a spacious two-car garage, and a utility room/boiler room.

Design of a one-story house with an expanded night zone
The night zone is located on the first floor of this modern house - the project includes three bedrooms. The main one, with an area of 20,7 m2, is combined with a private bathroom and two dressing rooms (e.g. for her and for him) is a real luxury masterbedroom for the discerning. The modern bathroom, illuminated by a large window, features two sinks, a wide shower and a freestanding bathtub. The master bedroom is separated from the children's rooms by a void over the dining room which gives a sense of intimacy and isolation. The other two bedrooms are for the children, who also have their own bathroom. In addition, on the first floor there is a dressing room and a laundry room with a drying room.

Design of a modern energy-efficient house - solutions in accordance with WT 2021
Design and functionality are not all that distinguish our modern house designs. We know how important it is for the building to have low energy demand, which will translate into low heating costs. That's why this design of a two-story house was planned with energy efficiency in mind. The documentation includes as standard the development of mechanical ventilation with recuperation. The house can be heated with a condensing gas boiler or an economical air-to-water heat pump.
