The apartment in Warsaw's Mokotow district is called Black Amber. Its interiors were designed by Hanka Bajer and Paweł Sokół of the Bajer Sokół Team studio.
Coherent composition
The 160-square-meter apartment has been divided into a living and a sleeping area. This not only facilitates the organization of daily life, but also provides privacy for the residents. The investors did not care about displaying specific memorabilia or works of art. They wanted a consistent interior design. Hence the apartment is dominated by subdued colors, which are conducive to relaxation. This subtle composition is varied by the various textures of the materials used.

Smart solutions
The apartment is equipped with a smart home system. Smart devices integrate many functions, including lighting, heating, air conditioning, but also covering curtains and drapes. As a result, residents can easily create lighting scenes, manage the temperature and brand their presence while on vacation. This definitely improves the comfort and safety of homeowners. It also makes it possible to save money through eco-friendly heating control. However, innovative solutions can be found even in the details. An example? The plug for the standing lamp is recessed directly into the floor, so there are no visible cables in the living room.

Leisure in a modern style
The living room arrangement is based on shades of beige and gray. They are broken by black contrasting elements. In the lounge area there is a comfortable corner sofa. The sizable piece of furniture makes it possible to spend time with the whole family, as well as to invite guests. In addition, two armchairs perfectly matching the sofa and low, square tables were placed here. The whole creates an impressive relaxation space with a modern character.

A feast with a view
Also worth noting is the glass dining room, which allows you to enjoy a meal overlooking the greenery. In its center is a functional rectangular table of dark color. It is complemented by stylish chairs with an unobvious reddish-brown shade of upholstery. The floor made of light wood adds warmth to the interior. The arrangement is minimalist and elegant, but at the same time functional and cozy.

Kitchen appointments
The heart of the kitchen is an impressive stone island. The piece of furniture is equipped with a bar and cooktop thanks to which, it is an ideal place for cooking and conversation together. The dark marble adds an elegant touch to the space and makes dirt less visible. The designers used textured wallpaper on both the walls and the ceiling, which improves the proportions of the interior. The ceiling also serves a practical function. It hides sound and lighting installations.
