The apartment is located in the center of Łowicz, near Sienkiewicz Park. The 90m2 interior design is the work of Magdalena Knera and Piotr Nastarowicz of Studio Projektowe Łowicz.

Wood and subdued colors

The apartment intended for a family of four and a dog was to be functional, modern and cozy. Hence the choice of materials and a color palette alluding to wood, shades of white, gray and black, as well as copper and a color that finds its source in the historical map, which has great sentimental value for the clients. When deciding on finishing materials, the owners opted for beautiful and durable wood. It made the interiors more cozy. In addition, with subsequent years of use, the material is sure to age with dignity. The color that perfectly complemented the arrangement, while bringing out the grandeur of the wood, in this case turned out to be black. Dosed in reasonable amounts, it makes an interesting contrast.

Living room

In the lounge area the attention is focused on the stately corner sofa in elegant gray. Diverse lighting was used here, so as to be able to build an atmosphere depending on the mood and needs. A distinctive design element of this apartment, is the textured wallpaper with the pattern of a resting lizard, which is visible immediately upon entering, as well as from the entire open area of this apartment. Thanks to the beautiful pattern and subtle texture of the material, the original wallpaper makes an interesting interior decoration.

Bathroom

The biggest challenge with the project turned out to be to set up an additional toilet and create a laundry room from a utility cell, with an entrance from the hallway. A furniture wall was created between the toilet and the bathroom, which hides plenty of storage space. In the guest toilet, the biggest focus is the rack of an old Singer machine, which, along with a granite countertop, became the base for the sink. The unique character of this room is given by the used tiles in shades of blue and copper elements in the built-in furniture.

Children's rooms

The colors appearing in the children's rooms; green and shades of blue, are not accidental and correspond to the interests and passions of the youngest inhabitants of the house. One of the keys to achieving the effect of consistency here was conscious moderation in the selection of patterns and materials.
