Let's Archi! is an interdisciplinary event that allows interior architects to exchange experiences. Proximity to nature is one of the main ideas of the workshop, hence the choice of location at Raczyński Lake. The event was attended by more than twenty interior architects who came from all over the country. Participants had the opportunity to exchange experiences on both professional and local issues. The group was very diverse, from owners of large architectural studios to those running intimate studios. The professional experience of the architects participating in the workshop ranged from 2 to 20 years! So the discussions were very interesting.

First day started with a class taught by Wrocław graphic designer Ewa Ziembicka. Wonderful works that are the results of it could be admired the same evening during the intimate exhibition "Kolaż kreatywności". On October 5, classes also took place at the Riwal Ceramika i Szkło manufactory located in Nowe Miasto nad Wartą. First, the participants had the opportunity to admire the display products. Then the architects were given a tour of the manufactory to get an in-depth look at the process of making tiled stoves and fireplaces, as well as glass using the fusing technique. At the end, everyone designed their own tiles.

Then it was time for a workshop with Magda Skibka, a specialist in communication and image of brands in the interior and architectural industry. Over a 16-year career, she has developed communications for dozens of companies and architectural studios - from small one-person firms to multinational corporations.
- The pandemic period was a golden time for many studios, while what followed practically immediately "after" can be compared to a collision with a wall. It turned out that projects no longer come on their own, that client referrals no longer work. The last year clearly shows an increase in awareness among architects in the context of developing their own, or their studio's, brand. This desire to gain knowledge, to understand what the brand-building process looks like, how to prepare a strategy and then execute it successfully was also evident at the October's edition of Let's Archi! I had the great pleasure of leading a training session that also introduced the concept of "personal branding" in the context of whether and why it is worth doing. What I said during the meeting - to many of the participants sorted out the knowledge, but most importantly, helped to define the plan for the coming weeks. Moreover, it was also a time to exchange experiences. I value industry initiatives such as Let's Archi!, which are a space for networking, as well as development on various levels - from artistic to business - describes Magda Skibka.
