The bedroom designed by Tomasz Polański of Polanski.studio exudes warmth and coziness. A consistent color scheme creates a relaxing atmosphere and the materials used allude to the inspiration behind the design — nature.
A place of rest
The architect began designing the apartment by creating an intimate sleeping area with an elegant dressing room and bathroom. The goal was to harmoniously combine modernity with elements of japandi style.
- Choosing a neutral color palette was a challenge, but our goal was to perfectly match the individual elements, which resulted in the intended effect - describes Tomasz Polański.

Natural colors and textures
A large bed with a decorative woven headrest is the focal point of the bedroom. There are simple bedside tables on both sides. Above them hang impressive braided lamps, which give the interior a natural charm. Quality materials and natural colors played a key role in the arrangement. The space is filled with bright and neutral shades of beige, off white and warm tones of wood. The unique character of the bedroom was achieved by subtle contrasts. The architect created them by juxtaposing a variety of textures and a wide range of shades.

Inspiring details
The furniture, on the other hand, is distinguished by the very fashionable ovals, which further emphasize the cozy character of the interior. Just like the curtains made of fabric with a natural weave. They add softness to the interior. Also worth noting is the wooden map of the world placed on one of the walls. The decoration not only fits perfectly into the arrangement, but also encourages to spend evenings contemplating distant expeditions.

Multifunctional solutions
Gray tiles with a terrazzo motif appear all over the apartment. Thanks to this, the design is coherent. Here they were used to finish the top of the dressing table. Just behind the furniture there is a large semi-circular mirror. It performs both a practical and decorative function. It also optically enlarges the space and refers to the rounded forms of the furniture. An open closet with glass fronts and illuminated shelves exposes the clothes and accessories, while creating a functional space.
The bedroom also features an open dressing room
