Minimalist bachelor apartment based on space

How to combine elegance, functionality and small space. An apartment in Warsaw's iconic Wola district shows an interesting way to organize space. The arrangements were created by the KODO studio.

The apartment, measuring just over forty square meters, consists of a living room with an annex and a hall, a bedroom and a bathroom. The most important thing was to manage the small space, betting on plenty of storage space.

Bedroom

The bedroom is a small space with no shortage of storage space. A simple bed with a gray quilted headboard. Above the bed you will find four small mirrors in thick frames. On one of the walls, wooden bookcases have been chosen.

Bathroom

This space is dominated primarily by delicate white. On the floor we find white tiles, in the corners of which we can find black squares. On the walls, above all, we have ceramics that mimic the shape of brick.

Living area

The space of the living zone is minimalist. The entrance to the living room is enclosed with a reddish-brown fixture. The living room furniture is dominated by gray and marine colors. The heart of the interior is the sofa facing the TV. The small dining area consists of two chairs and a table. The TV is located just behind the kitchen island. It is worth noting the considerable amount of space used for storage.

Kitchen

The kitchen cabinet is based on an L-shaped kitchen island. The fronts of the kitchen built-in are pure white, on which we can distinguish delicate fretwork. The countertops are reminiscent of marble. The white cylinder-shaped hood above the burner also catches the eye.
