Functional entrance area
Already in the spacious lobby, one can notice the skillful combination of elements characteristic of the classics, such as stucco and frame fronts, as well as the industrial style, in the form of steel seat structures at the door and a glass wall with sliding doors. The space in the entrance area has been utilized to the maximum. In addition to a large closet for outer garments and an elegant console standing by the mirror, there are also a washer and dryer, hidden in a built-in under the stairs leading to the second level of the apartment.

A study with two uses
Behind it is a home office, where, in addition to a desk with a comfortable arm chair, a small sofa stood. Thanks to it, the study can also serve as a guest room. The main decorative elements of this room are a wallpaper depicting the Great Wall of China and a lamp made of metal and white glass.

A kitchen that was a challenge
Kitchen with U-shaped built-ins providing adequate storage space is located right next to the staircase. Architects from MIKOŁAJSKAstudio designed the cabinets hanging over the countertop to fit under the bevels. Thanks to the use of blends, the development aesthetically blends with the ceiling. The juxtaposed straight and frame fronts, conglomerate on the countertop and wall, as well as the gold faucet and furniture handles create a successful marriage of modernity and classics. The owners wanted there to be a place in the kitchen for drinking morning coffee or a quick meal. They were able to find it on the other side of the peninsula, by installing a countertop on it that protrudes beyond the built-in area and placing hockers next to it.

Eye-catching dining room
The kitchen is separated from the living room by the dining area. It features a comfortable table with a wooden top on black steel legs. Just above it hangs an eye-catching lamp. The walls in a pleasant ash color are decorated with stucco, which, together with the paintings, creates an orderly background for the asymmetrical light fixture.

Living room with natural inspirations
The living space, flooded with natural light coming in through the slope windows, is very cozy. The pleasant atmosphere was created by the architects using a warm color base for the entire arrangement. The walls are covered with wallpaper, the texture and color of which resemble natural linen, while the floor was finished with panels in the shade of natural oak. The living room features the strongest color accent in the entire apartment, namely a large comfortable sofa with soft cushions, upholstered in bottle green velvet. Behind it are built-in closets, whose lightness is added by segments with bookshelves.
