How to create an interior with soul? First of all, it is essential to bet on natural materials and authenticity! Vintage apartment was designed by Aleksandra Hyz of Hyz Projektuje.
The arrangement of the apartment was created in a former art studio. The apartment of fifty-five square meters was quite a challenge. In the interior, the character is created, among other things, by quiet passages between rooms or raw finishes.
Daily zone
The living zone is a space that connects the living room and dining rooms. On the floor you will find light parquet flooring laid in a herringbone pattern. A glazing runs through the center, dividing the space. Above all, it is worth noting what is happening on the walls. Here we have simple white walls and raw brick sections. They are connected primarily by white, which avoids contrast.
The interior is illuminated by windows, not of the modern large glazing type, but traditional windows with lots of muntins. At any time they can be covered by gray curtains that reach the floor. At the heart is a vintage blue sofa that connects to a geometric rug and coffee table. Behind them you'll find a red bookcase on which accessories have been placed.

Chairs reminiscent of those we know from theaters and cinemas also seem to be an interesting accent. This unusual solution blends perfectly with the rest of the interior.

The dining room is dominated primarily by a simple, minimalist table and four chairs made of rattan and metal. The whole is complemented by two abstract paintings in black and white by Aleksandra Hyz.

Kitchen
In the Kitchen, gray square tiles reign on the floor and part near the built-in. Vintage character is created primarily by the furnishings - based on simple wood. The heart of the kitchen is a wooden table in the middle, to which two hockers are attached. The effect is completed by a black refrigerator.

Two items are worth noting. The platters with the painted architecture of Warsaw's Powiśle district, and the geometric-floral wallpaper that leads us to the kitchen from the lobby.
